"Google said we came here five years ago. And I remember that clearly: it was for New Year's eve and I believe we did a prix fixe menu that was so good. The three of us enjoyed it thoroughly but we clearly had forgotten the place until this past weekend for my partner's birthday. We decided to come here for brunch on a Sunday. And we were so pleasantly delighted. The service was top notch with a super attentive server who was patient (our party was 1/3 missing but that was my fault) and with antsy children who were hungry, he made the recommendation of the breakfast pizza (OMG so good). When the family was united, we were ready to order. At the table were some super delicious chilaquiles, apple pancakes for the kiddos, and the Brennans New Orleans Eggs. Two of us had that and we were very happy with it. It was the right amount of taste and mess and juiciness. All good things mind you. The bacon was great and thick. I also ordered a side of sausages. These bite sized treats were joyful and went well with the other pigs in the plate. I might have overdone it with the sausage but it was worth it. I wasn't in the mood for an adult beverage so I got a couple lattes. But others at the table had a mimosa and bloody mary. No complaints here! I would've ordered the Chicago 75. Even with gin (not a huge fan) it sounded super delicious and refreshing. We really appreciated their table placement. With the doors all open on a 70° morning it was so nice to have the outside in. Made the atmosphere just that much better. Brunch is really laid back. Part of it might have been the Memorial Day holiday. But I will definitely want to come back for brunch another time. So many other things on the menu I know will be great. Oh. Parking. We found free street parking but there are a couple lots nearby."
